Saturday April 17: Rained in the morning. Legs felt like crap. Group cancelled their ride and I tried to sprint in the afternoon. I roade or 30 minutes and my legs were sore.
Sunday April 18: Rode with Mckinney Velo. I hung in there for a little while and finished up on my own. A little over 42 miles. Legs felt better.
Monday April 19: Short ride but hard 12 miles avg speed 17.5 mph.
Tuesday April 20: Took the night off. I am not feeling well. I am a bit run down.
